Baru sahaja dua hari mula bertugas sebagai Wakil Khidmat Pelanggan (CSR) di Pusat Panggilan & Khidmat Pelanggan sebuah syarikat telekomunikasi terbesar di Malaysia, saya mula diserang simptom-simptom STRESS.  Nampaknya realiti sebenar tugas seorang CSR bukanlah sesuatu yang mudah ... walaupun telah menjalani latihan kira-kira dua bulan (1 Ogos - 10 Oktober) bersama lapan yang lain, ternyata tugas CSR sangat mencabar.

Tidak sekadar perlu menjawab panggilan berhubung aduan kerosakan telefon dan internet, kami juga perlu bersabar dan menebalkan telinga apabila mendengar rungutan pelanggan yang tidak berpuas hati dengan mutu perkhidmatan syarikat.  Stress semakin bertambah ketika berhadapan dengan terlalu banyak sistem komputer sambil menjawab panggilan pelanggan.

Masa bekerja juga mengikut shift, hari ini merupakan 'Rest Day' untuk saya dan tiada lagi cuti hujung minggu sehingga kontrak tamat pada 31 Januari tahun hadapan.  Tugas dan suasana kerja sebagai CSR cukup stress jadi tidak hairanlah kenapa kontrak yang ditawarkan hanya enam bulan ㋡

Hari ini umur saya genap 34 tahun dan bakal mencecah usia 35 tahun pada tahun hadapan.  Jadi bersempena dengan ulang tahun ke-34 pada tahun 2011 ini saya dengan bangganya menghadiahkan diri sendiri hadiah berupa "Tiga AZAM dan Empat IMPIAN" untuk dilaksana dan dicapai sebelum ulang tahun ke-35 pada 2012.
